My Research Paper
"The genesis of my research paper on cosmetics chemicals can be traced back to my immersive experiences in the world of theatre. As a dedicated performer, I frequently relied on cosmetics for intricate character transformations, a practice that sparked a series of thought-provoking conversations with my mother regarding their potential impact on my well-being. These dialogues ignited my curiosity and set me on a journey to delve deeper into the cosmetics industry. My research endeavors encompass a comprehensive exploration of the chemicals commonly employed in cosmetics, examining their potential health risks and advocating for increased consumer awareness. I sought to uncover the effects of these ingredients on the skin, their allergenic properties, and the potential links to issues like cancer and endocrine disruption. Moreover, I went a step further by proposing alternatives that offer a safer choice for cosmetics consumers, empowering them to make well-informed decisions. What began as a research project soon evolved into a personal mission to promote awareness and encourage the adoption of safer practices within the cosmetics industry. This mission is aimed not only at benefitting performers like myself but also consumers who share concerns about their well-being and the environmental impact of cosmetics. Through my work, I aspire to be a catalyst for positive change, advocating for a more conscious and responsible approach to beauty and skincare.
"Sports have been more than physical activity in my life; they've been my coping mechanism, solace, and source of strength. My journey began with badminton and gymnastics, revealing my passion for movement, competition, and pushing limits. Over time, I embraced Soccer and basketball, finding a sense of belonging and camaraderie on the pitch and court. Lockdown led me to tennis, offering both physical release and a mental sanctuary. Sports have been my anchor, teaching discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. They've mirrored life's challenges, equipping me with determination to overcome obstacles. Sports are not just games; they're a part of who I am, shaping my character and resilience. As leader, I identified strengths and weaknesses of teammates and opponents, planned strategies, helped improve skill set of teammates, motivated them into giving more than their potential. Defeats have taught me to persevere, improve, analyse, plan and strategize better. I have also made some great friends due to sports."
"Engaging in community service has been a transformative experience, teaching me invaluable life lessons that extend beyond altruism. It has cultivated empathy, selflessness, and a sense of responsibility, broadening my understanding of the world's diverse perspectives. Community service has also fostered personal growth, enhancing skills like communication and leadership, and it inspires in me a lifelong commitment to making a positive impact. In essence, community service has shown me the profound power of collective action. 2020 to 2023 has been a very challenging period and disturbing phase, during which I was involved significantly in arranging for relief and supplies for people and communities affected by Covid. I was traumatized when I interacted with children who have lost their parent/s and parents who have lost a child. Their insecurities, pain, suffering had caused me a lot of emotional pain but made me realize how fortunate I am. It has instilled a belief that we can all contribute significantly to the well-being of others, motivating me to seek opportunities for positive change continually. It's a lifelong journey marked by learning, empathy, gratitude and personal growth that I wholeheartedly embrace. My efforts have been appreciated by the police authorities, medical fraternity, media and the community at large and I have been fortunate to receive a lot of love and blessings from people I did not know."
When the Coronavirus began its rapid spread in early 2020, my family and I made the decision to return to our hometown in Jalgaon, where our family's manufacturing plants were based. Little did I know that this choice would lead me on a path of service and self-discovery. With my father's two pharmaceutical companies producing critical ingredients during the pandemic, I saw an opportunity to help healthcare workers and police personnel on the frontlines. This led to the formation of a dedicated team and the distribution of essential products to thousands of these brave individuals. This journey left a profound impact on me, emphasizing the power of service and empathy. As the pandemic evolved, I extended our efforts to procure vaccines for our community, recognizing the disparities in our society. Witnessing the struggles of migrant workers walking long distances to their hometowns ignited a sense of responsibility. We initiated a campaign to provide food, clothes, and footwear to those in need, transforming our closed mall into a hub for producing food packets. Over time, we distributed thousands of meals and items, not only providing essential nourishment but also creating employment opportunities for our staff. Despite contracting Covid-19 during this period, I persevered in the mission. This experience deeply transformed me, reinforcing my gratitude for privileges and fuelling a newfound passion for service that I intend to carry forward, regardless of my future career path.
My involvement with Ghar, a place where I had the privilege to teach arts and crafts as well as dance to children with autism, has been an incredibly meaningful and transformative experience. It allowed me to witness the remarkable capabilities and unique talents of these children, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and understanding in our society. When teaching arts and crafts, I was astounded by the children's creativity and their ability to express themselves in distinctive and imaginative ways. Through various art projects, we explored a wide range of artistic techniques, from painting and drawing to sculpting and crafting. What stood out most was the genuine joy and pride they felt in creating colorful masterpieces. These sessions not only nurtured their artistic skills but also served as a platform to foster their self-confidence. Witnessing their growing sense of accomplishment with each piece of art was incredibly rewarding and heartwarming. Teaching dance to these children was equally fulfilling. It provided them with an opportunity to connect with their bodies and explore the world of movement and rhythm. Dance became a powerful means for them to express their emotions and communicate in ways that words often couldn't capture. It was truly heartwarming to see them light up with joy as they danced, and it contributed significantly to their physical and emotional well-being. In addition to arts and dance, we conducted activities designed to aid sensory development. These activities played a crucial role in improving the children's eye contact and concentration. Simple tasks like throwing a ball or object into a bucket or shooting a basketball into the hoop were not only fun but also helped them sharpen their motor skills and focus. These small victories in mastering physical activities boosted their self-esteem and overall sense of achievement. Overall, my time at Ghar was a powerful reminder that every individual, regardless of their abilities or challenges, has unique talents and the capacity to thrive when provided with the right support and encouragement. It taught me the profound impact that patience, compassion, and inclusivity can have on the lives of those with special needs. This experience enriched my life and inspired me to continue advocating for and supporting individuals with autism and other developmental differences, fostering a more inclusive and empathetic society.

In my capacity as an academic mentor, I have worked with students who face challenges in various subjects. I believe that every individual has the potential to excel academically, and my role is to unlock that potential. I provide tailored support, breaking down complex concepts into more digestible parts and using teaching methods that suit their learning styles. Furthermore, my involvement as the CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) leader for this project has added a layer of leadership and responsibility to my experience at Yasham. As a CAS leader, I have been tasked with organizing and overseeing the project, ensuring that it aligns with the school's goals and objectives. This role has allowed me to develop valuable leadership skills, including project management, team coordination, and the ability to set and achieve specific goals. Through my work with Yasham, I've achieved several significant outcomes. First and foremost, I've seen individuals I've counseled and mentored make significant progress in their academic journeys and career planning. Witnessing their growth and success is immensely gratifying and reinforces the importance of the support I provide. Moreover, I have personally grown and developed through this experience. I've learned to adapt my teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, which has deepened my understanding of pedagogy. In terms of leadership, my role as the CAS leader has allowed me to take on more significant responsibilities and learn valuable project management skills. Coordinating the project and ensuring its success has been a challenging yet highly educational experience.
